Client's Overdraft Loan Facility of Rs.58129/- was stuck and it was negotiated & settle at Rs.35,000/-
Clients Personal loan on Credit Card for Rs.333384/- was stuck and it was negotiated and settled at Rs.206,700/-
Clients Credit Card payments for Rs. 3,81,225 was pending , it was collected at Rs. 231,300 to settle the amount.
Clients Personal Loans payments & accumulated interests and penalties of Rs. 98,000/- was pending from six months and the collection agency & Bank was failed to recover the payment, with our negotiations & mediation & debt collection techniques the loan was settled at Rs.50,000/-.
PROJECT 2 - Jul 2019 – Dec 2019
PROJECT 3- Feb 2019 – Dec 2019
One of clients Consumer Durable loan was pending for Rs.58,000/- and the payment was pending for three months, the collection agency and the bank was not able to recover the pending amount, with our negotiations & mediations the the pending loan was settled in Rs.30,000/-.

PROJECT 5- Jan 2019 – Nov 2019
Other dept dispute was resolved where the creditor has issued the notice of recovery under the Indian Law section 138 NI Act and the matter was taken up strongly with the creditor on wrong amount of recovery through legal proceedings. Several negotiations happened and the pending loan of Rs.3,90,282/- was settled at Rs.2,50,000/-.
PROJECT 6 - Jan 2019 – Nov 2019
Settled a dispute of a client where arbitration proceedings was initiated by the creditor against the client for the recovery of Rs.5,49,012/- . But with our efforts and negotiation the the debt was collected at Rs.4,00,000/- .
PROJECT 7- Apr 2019 – Oct 2019
PROJECT 8 - Mar 2019 – Aug 2019
Settled the debt of client with a non banking financial institute for a loan of Rs. 3.9 lakhs, the client was unable to make the loan payments due to his job loss, i helped the client to analyze the unused assets in his house to sell on various online platforms and collected money to pay the pending emi of the loan than negotiate with the creditor to settle the pending loan amount of Rs. 2,20,044/- in Rs. 1,80,000/-.
